It doesn't belong to any one school or department and it's where all students, whether PGR or UG, whether Medicine or History, come together with a shared aim to learn. Somewhat utopian, admittedly, but it shares certain characteristics with the agoras and forums of ancient civilisations where different people come together to engage in public life.
