I don't feel like it's "working" here, I feel like doing something beneficial for both me and a group of people.

Working here has been a enjoyable experience. I get to experiment on a lot of stuff, especially with my teaching tools. I get to force myself to learn more about teaching and how to make the class more engaging.

I like my students, They are very attentive and LOVEs the HOMEWORK ( I wonder why... Though they are absence occasionally, they always informed me about their reasons so I'm fine with that.

YESSS, But sometimes I feel a little drained mainly because it's been a long day.

I learnt about the working environment and management, it's something new and eye opening for me.

I’m truly grateful to be part of the LET family. What I like most is the flexibility the position offers. I also appreciate the supportive and friendly environment among the teachers.

When many students are absent, I kind of feel like I lose the motivation to teach. It feels discouraging when only a few students show up, especially after putting in effort to plan the lesson.

Yes, I feel joy when meeting with students, especially when I receive lots of responses from them on polls before class — it really boosts my energy.

What I’ve improved after joining LET is my ability to work with digital tools. I’ve become better at creating slides, designing posters and books, and recording voiceovers.

i look forward to seeing them in class but i understand that sometime they might be busy or they may feel overwhelmed after a full day of school/work.

It’s been a great experience so far working here.

I really enjoy meeting my students. They always bring energy and curiosity to the classroom.

I genuinely cherish my time here at LET as I always feel so welcomed. It feels like I am a part of a loving team instead of a structured work place.

I really enjoy my students’ company. Even when I am stressed, my mood would instantly light up when I join class. It does get quite demotivating when a lot of them are upset, but I still try my best to encourage them to join.

One thing I learnt from LET is my class management skills such as getting students to be more active in class.

When many of my students are absent, I feel like I would get fired soon. I'm jk hehhe. Actually, I do feel a bit sad, but also I understand that they might be busy or have other important thing to do. :)
