Q1: What is your teaching philosophy?

A: I believe that students should learn how to do things and how things work by seeing it in action or a hands on experience. That and students should try something for themselves first, and then the teacher should show them how do whatever they tried to do.

Q2: Why did you decide to go into the education field?

A: I learned that I love working with kids and teaching them at a young age. My teachers through elementary and middle school left a really great impact on me, and I wanted to do the same.

Q3: How will you encourage parents to support their child’s education?

A: I would simply tell them that it’s better to know something compared to nothing. Education can help build a great career and a bright future for anyone.

Q4: Which component of your resume are you most proud of?

A: I’m most proud of my patience. Patience is a vital part of being an educator and not many people have a lot of patience, so I am very proud of that.
Q5: How did you hear about this position/job opening?
A: I heard about this job opening through Google and it immediately caught my eye.
Q6: Why should we hire you?
A: Your company should hire me because I work great with children, am very patient, focused, a fast yet thorough worker, and have great communication skills.
Q7: What do you consider to be your weakness?
A: My weakness is that I do tend to stress over little things from time to time. However, I recover from this stress very quickly.
Q8: How would your peers and teachers describe you?
A: They would probably describe me as easy to talk to on a daily basis, yet very focused when it comes to work.
Q9: How do you deal with stress?
A: To deal with stress, I drink some tea or water and take a walk to clear my head.
Q10: Do you have any questions about our company?
A: No, your description was already incredibly thorough. Thank you for your time.

I mean, it's really just a one day thing that you spend an insane amount of money on. What I've really learned from this assignment is that weddings are not worth the money. My feelings about money have stayed the same; I don't really care.
