         <description><![CDATA[<div>Summary of the MOE meeting explaining the assessment document for this year for cycle 1:<br><br> 1- Technical problems have another special meeting, and every teacher can communicate with his trainer, the school technician, or the Information Technology Department in the governorate.<br><br> 2- The oral assessment and their grades were canceled in order to avoid problems entering the platform, and this does not mean that they are not activated by the teacher (he does it without grades)<br><br> 3- Keep students portfolio of class tests as evidence and keep notes about their performance.<br><br> 4- Any problem that hinders the student from delivering evaluation tools on the platform, the teacher agrees with students to deliver them in another way, such as email or paper delivery at the school, and for short tests as well.<br><br> 5- The teacher can assign his students to implement the report from now<br><br> 6- The teacher must explain to his students the criteria of each tool before implementing it<br><br> 7- To avoid cheating in the tests on the platform, controls will be sent later<br><br> 8- Evaluation tools can be delivered electronically or on paper to the teacher, according to the special capabilities of each student.<br><br> 9- There is no objection to implementing electronic programs approved in the platform to implement evaluation tools.<br><br> 10- Refer to previously published evidence regarding the online assessment or activating the Google Classroom platform.<br><br> 11- Record of grades,  the choice is left to the teacher, either in the platform or an electronic file (excel or word) or on paper.</div>]]></description>

We conducted in synchronous lesson by sending the link of test in chat in Microsoft teams. We didn't have any difficulties to do the test because we did samples before.
