1.) I Know when someone is using fallacious evidence when they exaggerate the events to make them seem convincing or provide the audience with evidence that cannot be proven.

2.) For instance, in court, when the person being demanded for something presents to the judge that they paid the mortgage of the house and they are free from any charge or debt, but doesn't present any bills or receipts that show when those payments were made, they are providing the judge with a fallacious stance, that cannot be proven.
Another example would be when, a person infers that an is using biased information, but doesn't present to the audience the evidence that proves or persuades others about the author's stance on a certain topic.

1. I know when someone is using fallacious evidence because they will tend to exaggerate or switch the wording of an article or actual event to make it fit their needs. They want make sure they have facts to support their answer to fit with the needs of others, however they much switch the wording so it can appeal to their morals and standards as well as other people morals and standards. You can also find fallacious evidence by finding heir website and test it reliability using CAPOW.
2. For instance, in a TV show that I watch which is called Law and Order there was an episode where a guy killed his sons murder in the court room. He was brought to the court room days later to defend himself. Later on we can tell that his lawyer used fallacious evidence and twist the wording of other, etc.
