Breakfast
For breakfast we cooked omelet with sweet tea.
2 eggs=8 rubles = 0.13$
0,2 liter of milk=9 rubles = 0.15$
tea bag = 2 rubles = 0.03$
10 gram of Sugar = 1 rubles = 0.02$
Lunch
For lunch we cooked soup with macaroni. We boiled chicken broth. But we didn’t eat chicken for lunch. We used it for supper. We also fried carrot and onion and used a half.
100 gram chicken=12 rubles =0.22$
2 potatoes=6 rubles =0.11$
macaroni =6 rubles =.0.11$
1 onion = 5 rubles =0.1$
1 carrot = 6 rubles =0.11$
Tea bag =2 rubles =0.03$
Supper
For supper we cooked mashed potatoes, added chicken, which had remained with lunch. Also we added another half of fried carrot and onion. And we drank sweet tea.

10 gram of Sugar = 1 rubles = 0.02$
It was difficult to make the menu less than 1.25$, because the price of food isn’t low. There isn’t dessert in our menu. And we don’t count the price of water, because in Russia (Siberia) the water is clear and we drink and use water from the tap. Because the price of fresh vegetables (except potatoes, carrot and onion) and fruit is high we don’t use them. And we’ve understood that it’s not easy to live in poverty.
