         <description><![CDATA[<div>The reason we monitor a Projects progress is to be able to make necessary adjustments to the Project as it progress and changes. Without correct moitoring in the ever changing Project enviroment I imagine it would be quite easy to miss documenting things such as the client changing the scope or different parameters coming into effect during the project. <br><br></div>]]></description>
