Now we think that it covers more topics [loneliness, guilt]. Mental health does not mean that you have a sickness, but it could be a lack of positive mindset. 

We need to find out more about what students mean when they say 'stress'. Now we think we need to differentiate between stress and distress. 

Using general examples in class, rather than pointing it out. Creating safe spaces/environments to enable them to share without feeling judged.
