         <description><![CDATA[<div>I chose to take the big five personality test. My overall scores were open mind scored a 64, I am relatively open to new ideas. Consciousness I scored a 76, I am well organized and reliable. Extraversion I scored a 38, I tend to shy away from social situations. Agreeableness I scored a 68, I consider others feelings. And negative emotionality I scored a 66, I tend to become anxious or nervous.&nbsp;</div><div>I feel my scores are accurate. I am open to new ideas, but sometimes I can get stuck on an idea I’m more comfortable and safe with. I always try to be well organized. It allows me to feel less anxious and overwhelmed. When things aren’t organized, cleaned up, or where I put it last I can get overwhelmed and feel uncomfortable. I’m the friend that gets invited over and starts cleaning your house or dishes. I always try to be as reliable as I can. I usually always consider other peoples feelings. I always think “what if I was in their shoes.” I always try my best to not be selfish, although it can sometimes hurt me then be a good thing. And for my last score, I am a anxious person. I suffer with anxiety and it comes in all different ways. One day I can be a social butterfly the next day I have social anxiety. I am not surprised I scored high on it. I worry a lot at times even when I probably shouldn’t.&nbsp;</div><div>Overall, I really enjoyed this personality test. I do remember taking it before, but I'm pretty sure the test had different questions. I remember it being just as accurate. I feel a personality test really shows a person their strong points and weak points. I don’t really look at it as my weak points. I look at it as maybe there’s a few things I can work on and grow into if I feel it’s necessary or if it’s a problem in my life. Taking these test by yourself or with other people are a great way to get to know yourself and or someone better.&nbsp;</div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>List of everything I want to accomplish for a week</title>

Although, I did accomplish most of my goals. It’s rather hard with my lifestyle at the moment. I don’t have the most stable or structured housing so it can be tough some days to get the things I need done. I apartment searched everyday of the week because that is my most important goal right now. Mediation and breathing exercises I accomplished everyday of the week either at night or in the morning. I started eating better and that has been an everyday thing as well. I usually eat pretty well, but with my living situation at times it can be difficult. So allowing myself to get in fruits, smoothies, and more lean meats and veggies was a big win for me this week. I was able to see my dog this week and that allows me to get more exercise so I did that Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I didn’t get outside as much as I would like, but it’s still a daily goal of mine.&nbsp; <br>Overall, I am proud of myself for giving myself the me time I needed. For not giving up on my to do list even when some days were more difficult than others. I typically use a reminder app so it came pretty easy to me. It did help with my time management and it helped me be more consistent. I gave myself goals I could accomplish not just one day a week and go to the next, but goals I can use everyday to have the healthy lifestyle I want. <br><br><strong>Stress Management Plan<br></strong>- The stress management plan I came up with consistent of journaling down my needs, what’s, fears, and stress each day. Then making a plan how to accomplish those needs and wants. For my stress and fears journaling down what is stressing me out, what I think is causing the stress and how to manage it. This will not only help control these negative feelings, but also allow me to find a solution to them. After journaling I will pick to meditate or do breathing exercises either in the morning or at night. If I feel I need to do it twice a day I will. Mediation and breathing exercises is something I use to do when I was younger along with journaling. I’m choosing to pick these healthy habits up again and use them to my advantage. Going on the internet and researching a stress management plan was a little different then what I thought would pop up. It gave suggestions on what you can do or worksheets. A healthy lifestyle was one of those suggestions so was meditation and breathing. I am glad I found these suggestions because I already knew they existed. Life happens and I forget how to cope with my stress at times. I plan to use journaling as a daily habit in my life to find solutions when I am stressed out. </div>]]></description>
