This poem made me smile because the kid in the poem does
the same things I like to do on the weekends.When the kid is listing the things he does on the weekends he rhymes every other line.

Whenever I wake up in the morning I always look at the time and it is usually really early in the morning, and whenever I try to go back to sleep it's practically impossible for me to do. So when I was thinking about what to right about for a poem this was the first thing on my mind.

Whenever I have to go to the store with my mom it always seems so boring, and it is almost impossible for my mom to find a parking space. When I have to go with her on the holidays it gets extremely crowded, so that's why I wrote this poem about stores!
