Well, I feel like salted caramel is not a very ‘usual’ ice cream flavour. I mean, okay first there’s caramel but then BAM! Someone added salt and was like ‘WOW this is amazing’!! As a leader, I am very open to suggestions and ideas for example adding the salt to Caramel - tbh who would have thought that would have tasted nice but in the end, turned out to be a very successful ice cream flavour!! I am very open to collaboration and being open minded. However, I will always be firm about my beliefs and morals.
