At the moment sales & marketing staff have to have training at training centres in the country. The training involves 'lectures' and small group 'role plays' tutorials.  This entails a lot of travel and staff cannot work at the stores during these periods.  It has also been noted that staff do not feel sufficiently supported with the occasional short training period. They want ongoing, motivating support. 
The mobile company directors want a new 'transformative' learning approach. Unlike you, they are unfamiliar with the notion of enabling, enhancing and transformative blended learning.  Nor are they familiar with concepts like 'personalized learning' and they have no real understanding of pedagogy.
As someone with expertise in blended learning you have been asked to propose a mobile/blended learning plan to address the issues.  You have been requested to put forward a short proposal including:
  • Where learning will take place
  • the technologies/software you will use and why (the affordances of the software);
  • types of learning activities and pedagogies;
  • You are asked by the directors to use the expertise of 'high performing' sales staff in the blend
  • You are asked to keep in mind that all sales/marketing staff are busy and have minimal time for learning
