Nunavut Tunngavik Inc. (NTI) is providing funding to support daycare services in Nunavut.

NTI has approved $15 million for the Qikiqtani Inuit Association (QIA) to build three new daycares in the Qikiqtaaluk region. NTI is also providing $1.38 million to a working group called Inunnguinirmut Tukimuattittijiit. This group will look at ways to improve and strengthen early childhood programs that are led and delivered by Inuit.

This funding is part of a larger plan to improve early learning and childcare services for Inuit families across Nunavut.

This event is designed to help children express their creativity in a fun, supportive, and engaging environment. Participants will have the opportunity to explore various creative activities that encourage imagination, self-expression, and positive social interaction.

The event will run from 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on this day.

We welcome children and youth ages 2 to 16 years old to attend and participate.
