         <description><![CDATA[<div>My 2 biggest takeaways were the single story as it goes beyond discrimination and bias in the workplace, in that we all assume what we have experienced will be the same experience with the person sitting in the classroom.  Good and bad.  Second takeaway was the enormous amount of material contributed by diverse people who aren't naturally sought out.  These were AH-HAs and I appreciated the insights. </div>]]></description>
