Well, I think every job deserves its own recognition. However, I think most Vietnamese people would say doctors or nurses are jobs that are very respectful. You know, as the covid-19 is still around, doctors play pivotal roles in the healthcare system, without them a lot of laid people would suffer or die. So that's why people in Vietnam really respect doctors or nurses. Others may think teachers.....

When it comes to a place in Vietnam that I’m interested in, my destination of choice is XXX , which is in the central highland of Vietnam, it takes around 1 hour to get there from HCMC by plane. Da Nang is one of the most attractive destinations for tourists thanks to its long stunning beaches and scenic landscape. / NICE WEATHER AND DELICIOUS LOCAL DISHES. 

All the beaches have long stretches of white sand and the water is crystal clear. The sea can be calm at times but the surf can also be spectacular. The beach is not only beautiful but also easy to reach by different kinds of transport as it lies right next to the city.

Danang is also popular for its set of awesome bridges which strike many visitors to this beautiful city. When I was in Danang for holidays, my family went to the Han River Bridge to see the light show as the bridge was lightened up brightly at night and swinging. 

And if you have any chance to visit this lovely city, don’t forget to try its local food. Let me put this simply Danang is a heaven on earth that a food lover can possibly dream of!!! With endless and insanely delicious food options, you could live here for years and never stop discovering the variety of authentic dishes in Central Vietnam. 

Besides being the best place for tourism, Danang is also my father’s hometown so I always feel tied to this particular place even thought I have just been there once sine I was 15.

- NO: at the end of the day: feel physically {thể chất} tired/ exhausted =>have no energy left to engage in any types of sports
- YES: Help me gain physical strength, which allows me to carry on the day full of energy. At the end of the day, you wouldn't feel drained, instead, you'll feel relaxed because you can have a good night sleep afterwards.

I don’t think so. Nowadays, people tend to stay indoors more because they are surrounded by so many kinds of technological gadgets such as televisions, smartphones, computers. It is extremely easy to get addicted to these things, and we don’t need to meet others face-to-face. It’s common to see a family where parents are busy working on computers and answering phone calls while their kids are concentrating on playing video games. Plus, the air pollution issue is quite alarming at the moment, so that's why people are quite reluctant (ngai/ ngap ngung) to go out like 20 years ago.

2. What are the benefits of doing things outdoors?
The most obvious one is that doing outdoor exercises is the best way to stay healthy and keep fit(giu dang). For instance, if you walk, jog or cycle outdoors, the fresh air outside would help you improve your blood pressure and heart rates. Otherwise, when people stay indoors all day, especially when working on the computer for several hours, it’s easy to get dizzy and feel aches and pains in my back. To me, another plus point is that being outdoors can greatly boost my mood and creativity, so every time I feel bad or try to come up with a new idea, wandering around outside always helps.

I often do my running each Saturday when a large group of about 500 people meet at 9.00 a.m. in the morning and go for a 5km run together. This event is called Park-run, and it takes place in over 300 different places in the city each week. I was nervous when I first joined them but I found the group was friendly and encouraging.  Now I run every week, and I even have trained for some longer races 10 km and my longest was 12 km.

I have made lots of friends from taking part in this activity.  However, the best surprise is that when I join the local Parkrun, I get to reconnect with an old friend I have not seen for over 2  years. 

Running is important to me because it keeps me fit, and it also has helped me make new friends, and it has shown me that I am not too weak to try new things.
