After the activity is explained the teacher will give each student one fraction where the denominator is between 1 and 10 (for example 2/5, 7/10, 3/8, 9/9).  Each student will have to make a pizza drawing based on the fraction. 
An example; a student was given the fraction 6/8. The student made sure the pizza had 8 slices altogether, they then cut out two slices of the pizza.
