Johannes works as a consultant in the Austrian Chamber of Agriculture in the field of home economic. He had develop a new strategy to support his clients in producing food and products in a sustainable way and implement sustainability in working processes. 
He forgot his traditional “top down” counselling model. Now he support his clients in developing individual and innovative ideas and solutions for producing sustainable products.
