The most active leaders understand that they have a very vital role model in society and have the power to implement change to create equality and justice. They must purpose solutions based on community as well as national issues that generate and replicate societal discriminations. One of their significant missions and tasks includes the responsibility to assist other citizens with the goal of pulling all communities together to make a more social justice nation. Leadership for people of power within the social justice system addresses the requests of all alarmed parties. These leaders should pursue to identify issues challenged by diverse demographics and take an operating responsibility in rectifying such problems and an injustice system that immortalizes them.

"Leadership for social justice is the concept of moral transformative leadership and how leaders as transformative or public intellectuals serve as social activist who are committed to seeing a greater degree of democracy practice in schools as well as in the larger society" (Dantley & Tillman, , ).

Through Shields (2010, p. 572) article, "one scholar pursuing similar kinds of work empirically, but calling it leadership for social justice rather than transformative leadership, is Theoharis (2007), who defines
social justice leadership to mean that these principals make issues of
race, class, gender, disability, sexual orientation, and other historically
and currently marginalizing conditions in the United States central to their advocacy, leadership practice, and vision. This definition centers
on addressing and eliminating marginalization in schools".

Social justice is equality for all while exercising missions and task within leaders to accomplish goals and strategies that benefit the whole community as one. Everyone should be entitled to a measure of justice without bias understandings despite race, political party, gender, and financial situation. Injustice Acts is a result of people who lack understanding, training, emphasis as well as having a certain stereotypic norm portrayed to some ethnicities. People who have the injustice acts done to them are forever scarred and no longer look at the world the same. It becomes hard to believe in a social justice nation when acts of such happens to them and others continuously without no resolution to the problem. Human rights as well as freedom should be demonstrated more equally throughout educational settings to allow an easier way to provide education for all.

Transformative leadership

"Begins with questions of justice and democracy; it critiques inequitable practices and offers the promise not only of greater individual achievement but of a better life lived in common with others. Transformative leadership, therefore, inextricably
links education and educational leadership with the wider social context within which it is embedded. Thus, it is my contention that transformative leadership and leadership for inclusive and socially just learning environments are inextricably related" (Shields, p.559).
