People have recently been more conscious of the environment and are becoming increasingly interested in technology; both satisfied by a Tesla. When they promote their image they are letting consumers know that this vehicle has unique and innovative features that they have been wanting and you can only get from this car. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Elon Musk is one of the most recognized and appealing business man in the world. He has an enormous social platform and can directly reach out to his consumers. He wins over many consumers because of his ability to interact with the public and because since they are inspired by Musk they are likely to be his customers. This is just another way they promote their business.<br><br>An example of Elon Musk's image impacting Tesla directly was the interview where he smoked a joint on live TV. Since many customers of Tesla are customers because of Elon Musks influence, Tesla's stock dropped 9%.</div>]]></description>

Plans to build 3 gigafactories in the U.S,  1 in Europe,  and one in Shanghai which reduces Teslas costs greatly because they do not have to outsource batteries and can lower the price of  the vehicle. It also insures that the product is identical globally so there is no variation in cost per country due to different makes based on different countries standards.</div>]]></description>

         <title>A Unique Organizational Structure.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Tesla has a functional division structure. It is heavily centralized with Elon Musk being the chief executive officer.<br> It is very unique how there appears to be no management structure. How this structure works for Tesla is that this allows its electric automaker to speed up communication through management levels which improves decision making and communication. Also, due to centralization Musk has 29 different people who report to him. This may seem like it may be too much for someone to handle, Musk takes a leadership role and is very present and passionate about Tesla so it would benefit him directly because he always knows what is going on in his company without having to play broken telephone due to a long chain of command.</div><div><br></div>]]></description>
