Success will be measured by: (1) 90% of accredited schools completing their Title IV application submission without requiring additional policy development post-accreditation, (2) reducing the average number of Department of Education policy-related information requests during the Title IV approval process by 75% compared to 2024 levels, and (3) achieving an average satisfaction score of 4 out of 5 or higher on post-accreditation surveys regarding Title IV preparation readiness, with specific focus on policy development and application preparedness.</p>]]></description>

I also aim to update MSA correspondence for visit invitations, acceptance, and team rosters to improve transparency and clarity. My SMART GOAL is :<strong>Specific:</strong> Create a human-centric, engaging digital training program for MSA peer reviewers, highlighting the professional growth opportunities of joining an MSA Team visit. The program will incorporate personable language, human-led discussions, and AI tools. Additionally, update MSA correspondence for visit invitations, acceptance, and team rosters to improve transparency and clarity.</p><p><strong>Measurable:</strong> The training program will consist of 5 modules, 3 interactive activities, and a post-training satisfaction survey aiming for at least 85% participant satisfaction. Correspondence updates will be reviewed for clarity and clarity satisfaction by at least 90% of stakeholders.</p><p><strong>Achievable:</strong> Utilize existing MSA resources and feedback from past reviewers to design the training program, while collaborating with team members to update the correspondence. Pilot both the program and correspondence updates with a small group before full implementation.</p><p><strong>Relevant:</strong> This goal aligns with the MSA’s mission to enhance the accreditation process by ensuring peer reviewers are well-prepared, confident, and clear on their roles and expectations, while fostering professional growth.</p><p><strong>Time-bound:</strong> Complete the development of the training program and correspondence updates by [June 30, 2025], and implement the changes within the next 6 months.</p>]]></description>
