■     I find him interesting because of the success he has had with most of Apples products.

■     It is interesting as it makes you look at everyday objects and think why it has been designed that way.

■     I really like this design because it has found a gap in the market and the product itself is a really good design that is 100% recyclable, which I like.

Pinterest is inspirational due to the enormous amounts of unique work and projects which are displayed and the fact that a wide range of concepts can be views quickly in a scroll like feed. Also, Pinterest shows many different disciplines which can then be used to inspire as they often take a different approach to how design should be.

First ever designer to catch my eye and to inspire me to make my future design with a modern twist. This is where I get my original style from even though I like to base my ideas on making big things into smaller product using mechanisms. The reason that David Collins inspired me to become a better designer is because of the way his production process works as he is able to make the best quality as the process is thoroughly looked through. ~

For Rupert Blanchard its not about the style of his design but his subject matter of his designs such as furniture. I have always looked at his work and respected the fact that he uses old storage compartments to recreate a randomized piece of furniture and in my eyes I would say its art.  He has my full support with what he's doing because as a student I need to research into saving the environment and reusing materials. ~

YouTube channel - iliketomakestuff aka Bob Clagett - I follow this YouTube channel to learn new practical skills but also to get inspired from new techniques. 

The IN chair from Wilkhahn is designed to facilitate movement in the back, hips and legs through a patented 3D kinematics system known as Trimension.

Tv program - 
- this program to me is inspiring because it shows the raw progression of design, interesting architecture and different and new ways of designing 

-  Grand Design inspires my design thinking and gives me a source of inspiration for larger projects. Where people pursue their visions of building their own homes. Their thoughts and aspirations come to light. 

House designs are on a larger, deeper scale than simple product designs and therefore offer more inspiration and a greater depth of knowledge. 

Using Pinterest creates inspiration for design as it produces imagery for any different aspects of product design; the sketching, producing, manufacture and final product. 

There are thousands of different images on Pinterest ad therefore it is a steady source of inspiration. Being able to pin certain aspects allows for my account to be tailored to my likes and dislikes, therefore maintaining that unique source of inspiration. 

Magazine – New Design magazine offers a source of inspiration by showcasing and advertising new ideas and new designs. Small articles within the magazine give more detail into the ongoing research, new designers and current affairs that influence design.
