I choose this picture because I feel it gives an accurate description of the unfortunate role of plants in our society. Plants are not only here to add beauty to the earth but to give us life. For example the benefits of trees are providing oxygen, controlling soil erosion, noise reduction, and providing homes to many different animals. However, none of this can be possible when society comes in and wants to cut down these trees in order to build a subdivision, or a shopping complex. The is the unfortunate future for trees in our world. I feel that this picture does an amazing job of showing this. This isn't only true for the trees but as well as flowers. Often in society when we see flowers we like to pick them or even buy them however, this takes pollen away from the bees which ends up harming them. All kinds of plants are important to the environment and it is important that us as a society sees this so that we don't continue to ruin our earth.

Unit 2:Photosynthesis Process

Even though this video is little childish I feel that it can help a lot. I choose it because it broke down the process into layman terms so that anyone could understand. I always have struggled when learning this process of photosynthesis and I feel as if this video helped a lot. I especially liked the animations, it gave me a visual example of the process that is occurring within the plants.I also liked how this video gave a comparison to how humans eat verse how planets eat. I feel that this helped me understand the process a little bit more easily. One more important thing that this video does that is that it breaks down the word photosynthesis. I thought this was pretty neat because it allows us to know what the word means. From the video I have learned that photosynthesis just means combining water and carbon dioxide in the presence of light.

I feel the Tundra is one of the most dangerous Biomes due to the extremely harsh weather conditions. I also feel that this biome is the most danger of ecological change. This is due to the fact of global warming. Over the past several years the Arctic 's temperatures are slowly increasing and because of this a lot of the animals there are in danger. If society as a whole changed their habits and to cut down on some the global warming thats accruing I feel that it could help save this biome.

The Neolithic sections shows the affects it had on human society. One major impact it had was the process of farming, and agriculture. Before this time there wasn't a real agriculture system and this was a start up for one. During this time there was also cattle hurting in order to get fresher meat. Lastly, there were craftsmen who ha became to make tools and other useful things that they could use during this time period.

The taxonomic name for Bryophytes is moss. Bryophytes can be broken down into three groups; liverwort, hornwort, and Moss. At first when I was looking around on the internet I didn't think any of those three groups could be found in Georgia, but then I remembered the mossy trees in Savannah Georgia. Moss comes in many different forms and it can be hard to determine which mosses grow where.

If global warming continues, and deforestation continues then the earth will look nothing like what it looks like today. I feel that within the next 100 years there will be less trees, and parks. and the earths core temperatures will have risen from all of the pollution. I also feel that becuase of all the wastes that we has humans are creating I feel that the earth will become a huge landfill for garbage and that its going to continue to crowd the Earth. I choose this picture because I feel it does a good job and showing what the feature could be if society doesn't change its ways.

I feel that Cannabis Oil is a chemical from the Cannabis plant that is extremely beneficial. This can ease the pain for many when they are going through Chemotherapy, as many other various types of treatment. It also is a good stress reliever for soldiers who experience PTSD. Cannabis Oil is often a a thick, sticky substance that is extracted from the Cannabis plant.

During the 3rd Agricultural Revolution the biggest innovation that occurred was the Mechanization and Chemical farming. Mechanization is when farmers started using machines in able to help them farm and to produce more food faster. So, instead of farmers being out in the field doing something by hand they were able to use machines in order for them to work faster. This started in North America before with was brought to different places all over the world. Chemical farming also stared during this time which consisted of farmers using different presides on their land, as well a synthetic fertilizers. This allowed people to grow food almost anywhere.
