The students not only learn from the formal classes but from the plethora of activities conducted by the school in terms of Assemblies, programmes, guest lectures.          <description><![CDATA[<div>-&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;KG to class 5-Have an easy relationship with teachers, feel free to open up- both academically and&nbsp; personally&nbsp; with teachers</div><div>-&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;KG to class 2 especially extremely close to teachers</div><div>-&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Class 6-8- a bit restrained in approaching the teacher, both for academic support as well as emotional issues</div><div>-&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Become conscious of their appearance, a few of social differences, differences in abilities and academic achievement, other distractions especially currently obsession with the internet(last couple of years)- this leads to several issues which is causing concern both to parents and school.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>KG to std 3 – very attached to home room teachers and enjoy all co-curricular classes, children always look happy and cheerful.<br><br></div><div>Std 4 and 5 – Very enthusiastic learners, very energetic, keen on developing their talents and see teachers as role models.<br><br></div><div>Std 6 to 8 – Independent learners, show preference for subjects, co-curricular classes, academic performance gains importance and students seek healthy competitions. Adolescent problems creep in too and hence teachers’ intervention and remediation is absolutely essential to guide children on right path.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Primary-<br><br></div><div>Start- &nbsp; Focussing on “Active Processing’&nbsp; which if incorporated in primary levels will become a habit and develop into a teaching&nbsp; learning practice culture.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Stop- None of the current practices need to be stopped<br><br></div><div>Continue-a) ‘Patterning’ and relating the subject&nbsp; content to real life situations as it will &nbsp; have more meaning and relevance to students.b) Also continue to provide&nbsp; real life and multi sensorial experiences&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Middle-&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Start-&nbsp; Implementing BBL Principle 9 in&nbsp; a more effective manner- especially the points regarding&nbsp; leaving visual effects and reminders of content, use of music etc. This is because tangible as well as intangible aspects of the learning environment contribute to learning ( Focussed attention and peripheral attention)<br><br></div><div>Stop-&nbsp; the inhibition of learning due to threat of failure or low marks(the stress is mainly student/parent propelled)- would like to see what can be done from our end for this.
