         <description><![CDATA[<p>What happens when you pull a muscle?</p><p>When you pull a muscle it&nbsp;strains&nbsp;or causes tension or stress applied to the muscle that it cannot withstand.</p><p>&nbsp;some areas of the body have muscles that can strain, pull or tear easier then others for example the hamstrings, groin, back and calf.</p><p>If you tear a muscle it can damage small blood vessels that can cause bleeding or bruising by irritation to the nerves. </p><p>The muscles that cross two joints are the ones with greatest risk of being pulled, torn or strained.</p><p>The risk factors that can cause a muscle to&nbsp;be pulled, strained or tore are athletic activities, heavy lifting, tight muscles, overexertion and cold weather.</p><p>The way to know if you pull a muscle is simple! the symptoms are you&nbsp;feel soreness or pain in the affected muscle if you move the muscle it will cause more pain or stress on the muscle. The area becomes swollen or tender the skin will often bruise because of bleeding under the skin.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>How do you burn fat and not muscle during a workout?l </p><p>You must not reduce your calories to much, and eat 5-7 meals a day. Balance the meals and the fat and protein that is in it. Make sure to do exercises and cardio a few times a week for a few minuets. Always keep your body hydrated with plenty of water. You should do weight training a couple times a week for muscle.&nbsp; you should keep a journal and write down what you have done so you can keep track. After you start moving on a regular basis you will hit a plateau, remember all&nbsp;programs work until a certain point. &nbsp;that is when you need to start a new program or create your own. if a muscle building program is good then it teaches you to be informed on your individual needs...</p>&nbsp;]]></description>
