         <description><![CDATA[<div>Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) is a general term used to describe the pain felt in muscles, nerves and tendons caused by <strong>repetitive</strong> movement and overuse. It's also known as work-related upper limb disorder, or non-specific upper limb pain.<br><br>It's important to work in a comfortable environment which has been appropriately adjusted. Your employer has a legal duty to try to prevent work-related RSI and ensure anyone who already has the condition doesn't get any worse.<br><br>- Waniyah</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>What is eye stain ?<br>One health issue that can occur after using computers for a long time is <strong>eye-strain</strong> (tiredness of the eyes). <br><br>This is caused by looking at a <strong>monitor</strong> which is a <strong>constant distance </strong>away. The muscles that focus your eyes do not move, and so get <strong>tired </strong>and <strong>painful and it can cause your vision to blur.</strong> Eye-strain can also cause <strong>headaches</strong>.<br><br>How can we prevent it :<br><br></div><ul><li>Make sure the screen is clear of dust.</li><li><strong>Take regular breaks</strong>.</li><li>Use an <strong>anti-glare screen.</strong></li><li>Have eyes tested regularly.</li></ul><div>- Mahajuba <br><br>A symptom of eye stain is that your eyes may become red.</div>]]></description>
