         <description><![CDATA[<div>I can see that the sharing of giving effective feedback is pegged with many psychological evidences and research to help us understand how students can best benefit. We may be so clinical in giving feedback that we forget about how students respond to it. I would like to take into consideration the "Accountability" and "Responsibility" part of giving feedback and differentiate it based on students' profile.</div>]]></description>
