but i find intelligence is better spotted when analyzing the questions asked rather than the answers given. 

one person the influenced Voltaire was Isaac Newton he did not discover gravity because he had all the right answers. he found it because he asked the right questions, which led inevitably to the correct answer. 

anybody can have the right answers. but knowledge cannot come from answers, it can only be born of the right questions.
