I get up at 4.30 am then I go to the bathroom and take a shower, clean my house and prepare breakfast. I eat breakfast at 7.30 am. My breakfast is simple, I prepare an oatmeal smoothie with pineapple and I eat it with three cookies, then I leave my house at 7.45 am, I rode my motorcycle and arrive work at 8.00 am. Four hours later I have lunch at 12.30 pm. I have for lunch soup, rice, meat, salad, and juice. I go back home at 6.00 pm, then I eat dinner at 6.30 pm, my dinner is very simple, I prepare an arepa with meat or cheese and a cup of coffee, after that I start checking my emails and then I start studying. When I finish my study time I prepare to go to bed, I wash my face, brush my teeth, put my pajama on and I go to sleep at 9.30 pm. On weekends I go with my husband in our car, we visit other town, for example, Filandia, Salento, Armenia, or we go to the cinema and watch movies. I study English every day, because I have an app on my phone, this app is duolingo, and I love it. I practice twice a day and I feel I learn too much every day.

 

Si, de hecho, ingreso al portal todos los días, en la mañana, al medio día y en la noche. Siempre estuve muy pendiente de los mensajes al correo interno y al foro.

Si, realice todos los módulos sugeridos en la guía y tome apuntes en un cuaderno para consultar los temas en caso de necesitarlos.

Claro que es importante, un nuevo idioma facilita mucho el conseguir mejores empleos.

Aporta el manejo de una nueva lengua, poder entender un poco y comunicarme en este idioma que es muy importante para los negocios. Espero aprender más para poder ser una profesional muy integral y prestar así un buen servicio a la sociedad.
