𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗗𝗘 𝝝𝗨𝗧

There are many different types of emotions that have an influence on how we live and interact with others. At times, it may seem like we are ruled by these emotions. The choices we make, the actions we take, and the perceptions we have are all influenced by the emotions we are experiencing at any given moment. The example of emotions is such as happiness, sadness, disgust, fear, surprise, and anger. List of basic emotions to include such things as pride, shame, embarrassment, and excitement. Let's take a closer look at some of the basic types of emotions and explore the impact they have on human behavior. Happiness, this type of emotion is sometimes expressed through facial expressions such as smiling. Sadness, can be expressed such as crying or quietness and sadness also can turn into a depression. Then, fear, this emotion can be expressed by widening the eyes and pulling back the chin. Other than that is Fear, it can be expressed by aggressive behaviour such as hitting, kicking, or throwing object. Lastly is disgust, this emotion can be expressed by physical reactions, such as vomiting or retching. Last but not least, emotions are universal, the experience of emotion is highly idiosyncratic. We are not made angry by the same experiences, we do not feel anger to the same intensity, and we do not express anger in the same way and the more you seek for universals, the less you will understand emotion.

𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗠𝝠𝗥𝗧𝗜𝝠𝗡

From the Martian film, individual motivation has an impact on our everyday lives when a person is unhappy with work or life. For example, getting a motivational one would help one get up early and become productive.

The film is linked to the need principle of the Maslow's Hierarchy, which is physiological need. Mark Watney needs to survive by using the lower pyramid he needs to get food, water, and hid shelter because he's on Mars where he's atmosphere of death. But Mark is brilliant at solving many problems in engineering, but much of what he does involves only common sense and practical knowledge.

He doesn't get lost in thinking there's only one way to solve a problem, even if the solution is not ideal in itself. He tries so hard even when it always comes to hardship. Based on that, it is crucial that we have the strength and always believe in ourselves regardless of what happens.

In conclusion, If you want to excel in life, self motivation is essential. You must know how to motivate yourself. You must be able to keep your spirit high no matter how discouraging a situation is.

In difficult situations, just focus on taking one more step forward.

𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗡

There are a lessons that we might learn specific to our group and team based on the film I have "The Intern." And how it impacts our daily lives?

What I learnt in "The Intern" was the coordination, communication and cooperation that gave the federal workforce some clear parallels

Ben Whittaker, a seventy-year-old widower, realises that he is not cut out for retirement. He then applies to become a senior intern for a sceptical boss at an online fashion site. Ben impresses everyone and is one of four hired. Ben is assigned to work with Jules Ostin (Anne Hathaway) who is somewhat skeptical at first.

1. Aim for a work-life balance

We tried to stick with the traditional, the one that we are used to, but the future is telling us to embrace the digital and virtual reality. The movie taught me that time is an ongoing relentless effort of creativity.
2. Embrace the digital world with open arms

Ben (Robert De Niro) doesn’t know anything about e-mails, uploading videos, and only joined Facebook at the age of 70. Instead of being complacent, he stepped out of his comfort zone and gracefully embraced the digital world.
3. Respect your co-worker’s advice and decisions
If you’re working and leads a team, respect your staff’s or co-worker’s advice and/or decision for the team. If you’re the head, learn to embrace your flaws and welcome the new ideas. This is what happened in the movie: the old school vs the new school. But rather than following one genre, both have collaborated and as a result, they clicked and produced a more harmonious workplace.

What can I learn as a lesson in this movie “The Intern” it is never too late to learn something new in your life, the experience always count and healthy habits are the key to success in everything we do and the last one “NO ONE CAN UNDERSTAND YOUR DREAM BETTER THAN YOU”
