When smoking products like vapes and cigarettes with nicotine in them can cause damage to the lungs. Like inflammation or worse popcorn lung which is one of the many diseases you can get from smoking nicotine.In inflammation can permanently damage your lungs making them at risk to infections/diseases.  
Heart:
When smoking nicotine your heart is affected more than you think  it can cause and increase in blood pressure, heart rate and blood flow to the heart and narrowing the arteries. Smoking nicotine can also contribute to the hardening of the arterial walls which can lead to a heart attack. 
Brain: 
When smoking products with nicotine it can affect the parts of your brain that controls learning, mood, attention and impulse control. making it hard for the person to focus and learn new skills.

2. People selling vapor products must have a certificate of dealer registration from the Commissioner of Consumer Protection.
3. It is illegal to give anyone under the age of 21 tobacco or vapor products.
4. Even if people are under 21 are just delivering the tobacco or vapor products it's still illegal.
