  •  The recent war in 1921 and Treasury Secretary Andrew Mellon’s tax policies helped the rapid expansion of capital investment. In Henry Ford’s famed Rouge River plant near Detroit perfected the assembly line production, which finished automobile emerged every ten seconds. 
  • New industries sprouted up left and right, the supply of electrical power helped new machines become giant businesses in the 1920’s. Automobiles became a big thing, which headlined a momentous shift in the character of the economy. 
  • The business of sports became big consumers in the economy, Babe Ruth would draw them in. Buying credit started happening, “Possess today and pay tomorrow”, the message directed at buyers.

  • New industries are emerging and is dependent on steel but displacing steel from its kingpin role. This industry employing directly or indirectly about 6 million people by 1930. New industries were booming left and right, including the petroleum business, which shot up from the ground.
  • Around 1913 Gas Stations began to appear, which made it a lot easier to fuel their automobiles, owners used to have to buy fuel from their local oil companies, then stored it in their tanks within their own yards.

The Wright brothers were originally two ohio bicycle repairmen, and soon made airplanes which were given the nickname “flying coffins”.

    As the industry grew and more and more people started getting involved  the popularity of it all began to grow as well
    Which then lead to many different movies in different forms.
