A Problem-Solving Mindset:<br>You need to be able to analyze data and identify problems, but recruiting companies do want applicants who can solve their problems. Accountants with good problem-solving skills will provide help for decision-making, thus making them an advantage for the organization.<br><br>2. Financial Analysis Skills:<br>You have to evaluate a wide variety of financial data and how to analyze common accounting reports to determine patterns or point exceptions to them. Concentrate on your ability to do budgeting research or make future predictions.<br><br>3. Organizational skills:<br>The ability to meet the deadlines. Having experience in project management, goal setting, collaboration, experience in team management.<br><br>4. team working ability:<br>In many organizations today, accountants that work on teams with colleagues from other departments like: marketing, sales or human resources, and employers highly value this opportunity to manage those relationships and contribute to a multifunctional team.<br><br>5. Effective communication:<br>An accountant with really good communication skills can easily present financial plans to large groups or persuade management on a budget decision.<br><br>6. Integrity:<br>To provide high-quality service and maintain a positive reputation.<br><br>7. Business mentality:<br>This requires having business strategy skills, a good understanding of accounting,  application of the income statement, the balance sheet, cash flow report.<br><br>8. Prioritizing:<br>This includes your ability to structure your efforts to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and within the required timeframes.<br><br></div>]]></description>

Accounting assists management-organization by presenting details such as percentage of income over capital , capital spending place, control performance, etc.<br><br>2. An accountant can make use of tools like calendars, alphabetized folders, day planners, colour-coded post-it notes and highlighters, and apps and programs designed to help them stay highly organized and in the short- and long-term.<br> <br>3. Based on their knowledge and expertise they can also provide solutions to the company’s business and financial problems.<br><br>4. Using the services of an accountant who will ensure that the right forms will be completed accurately, and will be filed at the right time is a sign of a good accountant that can help grow your company/an organization<br><br>5. Forget the opportunity cost, working through your accounts as a non-expert may even cost you more money because you may miss certain things that would be glaringly obvious to an experienced professional accountant.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>A customer’s buying behaviour is primarily driven by the needs, expectations and tastes of the customers who will eventually purchase the product or service. The patterns that influence the customer’s buying behaviour includes: <br>a. Place or the location of purchase: lots of customers choose to purchase their favorite products by visiting different stores in many locations to compare prices and offers. Therefore, a customer is not faithful to a single store for a very long period of time. A retail store now will pay a great amount of attention to the store location, finding a dealer in the closer vicinity, as well as the quality of the product and ready stock availability.<br>b. Type of products to be purchased and quantity of purchase: this basically means an study of the type of product that a customer wants to purchase and in how much quantity.<br><br></div>]]></description>
