Report 1 - Instructions

You will need to attend events (e.g. workshops, seminars, webinars) and write a reflection report after participating in the event. You will have to reflect on the strengths and weaknesses of the events as well as discuss the lessons learnt by participating in the events.

Each report is worth 8 points. To 'obtain' 40 points, you will have to attend and submit at least 5 reports.

Instructions:

You are to participate in 5 different events within the period of your programme.
After participating in one event, write a self reflection report on the event. Submit the report at most one week after the event.
Note that the lecturer has to be informed of the events that you plan to join. Please e-mail the lecturer at shinyee.koek@uow.edu.my.
Plagiarising others' work will result in the rejection of your report and you will have to attend another event and write another report.
The lecturer has the right to reject your reports in case of late submission or if the report does not meet the requirements.

Report 2 - Instructions

In groups, you will help in the organisation of an event, attend a camp or compete in a team sport competition. Each student submits an individual reflection report after the event. You will have to reflect on the roles you play in the team, the teamwork displayed as well as the lessons learnt from organising the event.

The report is worth 40 points. You only need to organise one event and submit one report for this.

Instructions:

You are to either organise/assist in organising one event or attend camp or compete in a team sport competition.
Note that the lecturer has to be informed upon confirmation of the event you are organising. Please e-mail the lecturer at shinyee.koek@uow.edu.my.
After the event ended, write a self reflection report on the event (refer to modules), focusing on the teamwork displayed during the event. Submit the report at most one week after the event.
You also need to attach the organisational chart (can create your own) to your report.
Plagiarising others' work will result in the rejection of your report and you will have to organise another event and write another report.
The lecturer has the right to reject your report in case of late submission or if the report does not meet the requirements.

Final Report - Instructions

This report can only be submitted once the lecturer has approved all the reports on event participation and event organisation.

This report is worth 20 points.

Instructions:

Before writing this report, you should have completed five reflection report 1 and one reflection report 2 and all reports are approved by the lecturer.
Write one final reflection report to summarise on all the events attended and organised, discuss the lessons learnt and propose initiatives for personal development.
Plagiarising others' work will result in the rejection of your report and you will have to attend another event and write another report.
The lecturer has the right to reject your report if it does not meet the requirements.
