1. BELIEF

Cycle of personal development and shape the learners as an individual.

2. PLAN

The teacher must set aims that will help the student achieve an engagement with the reading of Literary Text entitled Dead Stars by Paz Marquez.

3. ACTION

After discussing and analyzing the Literature, Dead Stars. The teacher shall focus on the nature of the teacher-student relationships, in particular the one which best allows both teacher and student to "share experience". The sharing must still be related in the given Literature.

4. RESULT

The test of success in teaching is the extent to which the learners carry with them beyond the classroom an enjoyment and love for literature specifically the story Dead Stars; the lesson of the story must be learned and applied, which is also renewed as they continue also to engage with more literature throughout their lives.

5. REVIEW

Teachers can assess the students in the form of drills that prompts the learners to seek, to understand and finally desire to communicate himself and his experiences to others.
The sharing of experiences must still be related to the literature's moral, analyzation, views and many more.
It is this latter idea of sharing oneself and one's reactions to the numerous voices one can meet in and out of an English classroom.

ENCOUNTER GROUPS: Sharing of Experiences

Encounter groups provide a systematic understanding on how students can be helped to want to share their feelings and experiences in relation to the literature.
This is an opening process we all must go through before we offer something of our self to the class.
This kind of training complements "PERSONAL GROWTH MODEL".
