         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Attempting to bring awareness to issues while promoting positive school culture by identifying and addressing issues that are relevant within schools youth.</div><div> </div><div>- The classroom teacher could contact administration in order to notify of students intent to display posters within the school in order to receive approval. Followed by informing the care taking so they are also aware (*Some school’s require stamps of approval in order to be displayed posters throughout the school).<br><br></div><div>- Another way to further learning and understanding is by having discussions with students, develop assignments or other ways to deepen students understanding of issues and promote awareness within the school. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Coaching can be a valuable tool in teaching. It can help to establish positive rapport with students, and provides teachers with a chance to engage students in a different setting and variety of ways. All of which can be transitioned into the classroom, creating a more conducive and understanding learning environment.</div><div> </div><div>- Self-reflection would allow the teacher to revisit, contemplate the issue, revise and improve on previous practices.</div><div> </div><div>    - Collaborate with other peers. Being a new teacher referring to colleagues for advice and coaching, teaching practices, and assessments would help with time management issues. Furthermore, it would allow the teacher to properly focus on both teaching and coaching.</div><div> </div><div>- Another way to improve on teaching practices is to utilize various forms of assessment (both formal and informal). This strategy will accommodate not only the teacher but students as well. </div>]]></description>

Investigate how they became involved when they are so new to the school, interview other to gain a better perspective. As well as determine the best course of action.</div><div> </div><div>- Work with parent’s to better understand students and what they may be feeling or going through as they are new to the school and are limited in ways to communicate with others within the school.</div><div> </div><div>- Going forward, create learning strategies to meet individual learning needs to ensure progress in students communication skills. </div>]]></description>
