It can be seen from chart one, the number of people who study for a job decreases gradually with age increasing from 80% in under 26 age group to about 18% in over-49 age group. There is an opposite trend for they study for a pastime, studying for hobbies is more popular with the people aged over 49, and it is three times studying for a work, nearly 70%. However, the percentage of the two main reasons is the same in 40-49 age group ,just over 40%.

In the next chart, the support from employers declines moderately when the students under 39 ages from about 62% to nearly 32%. After the age, the bosses’ help rises slightly and the proportion reach at around 45% in over-49 age group.

Overall, studying for a work is very different to reason for interest, the percentage of people who study for a job is decreasing gradually with age increase.

According to the first chart, the proportion of people who study for a work decreases gradually with age but more people study for a hobby when they grow up. The age of people under 26 is the most almost 80 percent to study for a job, by comparison, there is only 10 percent at the age of under 26 to study for a hobby. The among people of 40 to 49 who study for career is the same as study for interest. The largest proportion of people is about 70 percent to study for a pastime at the age of over 49.

The second chart show that employer support by age group, the maximum is nearly 60 percent at the age of under 26. From the first chart it can be seen that the amount of students who study for a job when they are under 26 is almost 80% and who work for interest is only 10%, but the older they get, the more they work for interest. 
When the are at the age of 40-49, both the amount of students who work for career and for interest are about 40%. The amount of the students drops significantly from under 26 to over 49, and there are under 20% of students work for career when they are over 49. In contrast, there is a rapid increase in the amount of students who work for a pastime from under 26 to over 49, and when they are over 49, almost 70% of the students work for interest.

From the second chart it can be seen that there are over 60% of the students received from employer under26. The amount of the students who need employer support decreases gradually from under 26 to 30-39, it’s about 30% of students need employer support. However, there is a steadily increase in the amount of the students from age 39-40 to over 49, and it’s over 40% when they are over 49.

Overall, apparently, the younger group study for job more than studying for interest. In contras the older group study for hobby more than studying for career. In term of employer trends to support the youngest group.

For the reason for study, in the first group it decrees from 80 present to 20 present. On the other hand the second group it increases from 10 present to 70 present. In term of employer support by age, in the youngest group peak at around 65 present. Then it decreases to 35 at 30-39 age group. After lowest the following age are increasing to 45 present by over 49 age group.

And after 49 years old, 70% people interested in study, this much more than the people who study for career.   And in the second graph, it shows the percentage of employer support in different age of groups. Before the age group 30 to 39, the employer support fall from about 75% to 35%.    And they're equal in the 40-49 age ，all the 40 percent.As we can see from figure 1, the younger the students are, the less they are interested in learning, the more they study for their careers, and the more they study for their interests when they are older.
