Compensation: If you break the terms and conditions you will be fined depending on what term and condition you break.

Terms and conditions:

You are not aloud to give our music away for free.
No gigs that do not pay out for us
Do not advertise us anywhere that would give us a bad name.
If you break the contact you will be fined.
You will get 15% of the income that the band makes e.g £250 out of a £1000.
You are expected to work 9am to 5pm on week days and on weekends when ever we have gigs. You ay also be expected to work late nights now and again.

Cancelation:
A contract change is aloud after 6 months if you feel you are being treated unfair or you feel it is just not for you.

Publishers pay for rights to use songs
Songwriters earn a percentage of royalties from songs
Publishers pay reduced fee for using songs as royalties are earned 

Compensation:
If one party is unable to fulfil a service, a fine must be paid

Terms and Conditions:
Songwriter must provide a minimum of 2 songs per calendar month
Fixed initial rate for rights to each song must be agreed and paid
Royalties received depends on amount of money song generates - 5% of royalties go to songwriter when below £100 000 is made from the song
