Classroom setup- Create an environment that displays posters, artwork and books from different cultures and backgrounds. Provide seating arrangements that encourages collaboration and interaction with peers from differents backgrounds. examples would be grouping desks together or arranging desks in a circle. Create a space in the classroom that students can access resources on different cultures such as books, posters, other material.

Encourage students to get involved with community projects. Partner students with community members to learn about local history, traditions or a skill.

Cultural Events- Celebrate diverse cultures by holding cultural festivals, welcoming families to share food, music, dance art and other cultural traditions from their culture. invite guest speakers from the community to talk about their culture.

Parent Workshops- provide workshops to parents on parenting skills, navigating the educational system, language support, and support groups

Enhancing cultural exchange- Provide curriculum that has learning materials and activities that connect with the cultural background of all students. encourage students to learn about and show an interest in different cultures and backgrounds.
