         <title>Change Management is the process of managing change.  It is to understand, respect and appreciate that change is unsettling however, with collaboration, participation and communication resistance to change can be overcome.    Equally, a collaborative approach can also highlight issue that management may not have identified therefore, not only are you getting greater buy-in from employees but you are gaining more knowledge that can lead to greater effectiveness one the change process is complete.</title>

         <title>Change management is important because the point of having change is to increase productivity and if the people expected to implement and work the change are resistant or unsatisfied, the change will most likely be unsuccessful and/or detrimental. Therefore managing change well is vital to the success of change.</title>
