Year 1 quartiles moved upwards through What's worth learning. Systems and processes that were set up. It was a lot smoother last time. Low quartile; PMs telling that Sanku is taking care of that.
My approach on the above: My ability to prioritize - what classrooms, which PMs, when, etc. My setting processes with the same. Track X: nuanced shifts that raise the bar with student outcomes. From the start till now, asking questions that help think about Fellow skill dev that helped the team hold that lens for the team. Raising the bar.
