Achieving the vision and goal of an internationalization strategy requires the full involvement of the school community, and it is not necessary for all members of the community to be active in some international activities, other members of the community can help those involved or contribute without active participation. For example, to decorate dormitory rooms with traditional handicrafts for foreign guests, canteen staff would prepare food according to local traditions.

We don't just live in our own city, not just in our own country, not just in Europe. We are citizens of the world. And we have responsibility for this world. And we have to find our place in globalization while still maintaining our roots and our own identity. We have to support our students with that and prepare them for a life in a networked world, because, especially in the world of work, activities are no longer limited to one country. Students need to be prepared to travel and work with people from other countries and cultures.
Our own identity and culture is the source from which ideas for activities develop. Our task is to develop projects in an international curriculum, in the subjects and crossed curriculum, so that the whol  school is involved, even if not everyone can participate in every project. School staff must also be trained accordingly.

School internationalization is a very important step which has to be implemented including everyone at school. First of all, it is crucial to have an internationalization strategy, to define strengths and weaknesses of the institution. Then, it is also necessary to involve everyone, assign certain responsibilities and tasks. Having this kind of a plan ensures smooth process and helps to achieve set goals.
Internationalization of the school is a capacity builder, enables its staff and students to become more self-confident in their skills, adapt easily to changing environments, accept different viewpoints.

I would like more students and staff to take part in our international activities. You learn so much more from these activities compared to just sitting in a classroom listening or reading. We must try our best to make our students care about the Would around them! Make them curious about different people and other cultures. To make this world a better place we must learn to collaborate.
In our school a group of teachers work hard with our international contacts. Others don’t seem to care. The same goes for the students. Maybe the reluctant students are those who need it the most. It is so important wanting to get to know our beautiful planet instead of closing the door to it!
