Lots of protein can also carry lots of fat&nbsp;<br>3.&nbsp; Too much grains&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

Shows fats and sugars that you need.<br><br>Cons:&nbsp;<br>1. The servings may be too much for a healthy eating portion.<br>2. There isn't enough vegetable and fruit servings.<br>3. People would be consuming way too much grains.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

People aren't consuming the desserts meals.<br>2.) For someone that is eating a lot a day it may be unhealthy to eat this plate.&nbsp;<br>3.)
