First of all, this was not a protest. Regardless of political view, this was a direct assault on the democratic process. This is something that happens in transitional democracies, not in America, the original democracy.

This is disgraceful and scandalous. I understand protesting for what you feel is right, but this is not protesting for what is right. This is an insurgency against democracy, which is completely inadmissible and the protesters should be reprimanded, as should the President who supported this rioters. 

Donald Trump. The president of the USA, the world's largest democracy, endorsing these mobs. The sheer magnitude of this revolt, with fighting, tear gas, and firearms, was uncalled for and completely frightening.  This was immature and completely unacceptable.

How is it that a peaceful protest for BLM is called rebellious, while this insurgence is supported by the leader of the free world? I feel that nothing could can come out of this. One officer was beaten to death and another committed suicide following the incident. Armed protesters don't shoot, they know the consequences. A rioter without a firearm is more dangerous than a protester with a firearm.
