It also shows how the Calvin cycle is actually a cycle, with molecules continuing to interact until glucose or sucrose is formed. This video is fairly basic, but gets right to the point, and the soothing voice of the narrator reminds me of how I used to fall asleep in some of my high school classes! No wonder I'm learning much of this for the first time.

Rising temperatures can affect glacier levels, sea ice levels, global sea levels, and even the territory that the tundra occupies. If the average temperatures rise, plants that normally wouldn't have been able to survive in the tundra will move north changing the definition of the biome as they go. I believe the tiaga will slowly encroach on the tundra. The reality is though, agricultural practices are helping speed up climate change, desertification, and greenhouse gas emissions that could lead to a runaway greenhouse situation if left unchecked.
