Thus, there are some essential qualities that classroom should have to make the environment more effective such as: clear rules and expectations, frequent and successful assessment, high student engagement and involvement, authentic and purposeful learning and finally housekeeping.

A. Rules and expectations which are made in class should be easy to preceive so that student can understand and follow them.
        Rules and expectations must be:
                Resonable and necessary
                Clear and understandable
                Consistent with instructional goals
B. Making an evaluation frequently a standard in your classroom in order to let the student know how they did and inform your teaching.
       The assessment should be designed include daily charts, weekly updates, monthly progress reports, and quizzes.
       Let the student how they are graded.
C. Motivating your student to contribute in class by using some material,etc.
                1. Delivery

                3. Student - Centered: divide into small group,etc
D. The Authentic and purposeful connections are essential for effective learning.

In the modern world like today, everyone have a right to find a occupation in order to earn their living equally. Therefore, there’re a various ways to build a career since it become more and more develope which many present fields are excessive growth so that lots of new kinds of jobs are made too. Running a business personally like people usually call is  “start up” or being an employee for a company or an organization are two common examples for type of building a career. It seems that they are completely different to each other but there’re still have some commons between them. 

       Firstly, the contrast between the which is very clearly to figure out is about the freedom and regulations. Being employed for a company, the worker have to follow the rules set by the chairman of its organization. And there’re also have a punishment for those people who break the directives. However, there will be no law when doing job alone since that’s a idividual environment, not a collective one. If have, the rules will be made depend on its person. 

       In addition, when someone masters his own things that find more flexible than the other who works in a well – ordered arrangement. For example, Officers who work in company  always have to stick to workshift and finish the deadline punctualy and accurately. Meanwhile, It seems that time is not a matter for the starting one’own business one, not only they can do the work whenever they want but also they can even make themselves a personal schedule. 

        Lastly, the preparation for these two aspect is quite opposed to each other. Running by one’own, required a lot of necessary conditions such as a ability of making plan and struggle, an amount of sufficient finance and a skill of researching economic market,etc since It’s a big risk for building career alone. Whereas, having suitable qualities and some capability which a company need in a person that they want to hired.

       On the other hand, although a numerous characters were being listed to show the disimilarity between managing a business by one’s self and working for a system, the aim towards for this two progresses is still likeable that is to make profit paying for their deserved hard work. In fact, being well – qualified and skillful experience are the factors that needed in every fields, even in a start – up one or in a employed one. 

       In conclusion, the opposite sides of staring one’s own business and working for a company or an organization are found in many aspects. However, in general view, two kinds of building a business are both target the some goal which is to make money for living and other needs. It shows that’s not easy to build a career, even in making your own business or working for an organization. However, to be honest, I’d work as a employed person rather than start a business by my own because I’m not very risky and determined person who dare to do it. 

     My goal is to get 7.0 IELTS. My writing skills are quite weak and my vocabulary is also very limited, so I need to practice more to improve my skills. Besides, I need to refer to the previous exam questions and also the reading passages to gain experience and expand my vocabulary.

    Deciding to study at university in a rural area, a small town or a large city is very difficult. These options all have their advantages, but going to university in a large city is the most popular choice nowadays.

-Universities in large cities are usually identified as being ideal environments to study in many aspects. 

    + Investments in material and technical facilities.

       Large cities are the places where many developments, scientific and technological advances are concentrated.

       Universities in large cities usually have modern equipment which serves for studying. Students are supported in transports, making it more convenient for them to go to universities or go home. 

       Dormitories are also built near universities, ensuring that students who are far from home are safe and feel comfortable.

     + Educational aspects of universities in large cities are also focused. 

       Constantly innovating and reforming, the curriculum is researched very thoroughly to be suitable with not only the standards of Vietnamese but also academic programs of majors. 

       The lessons are practical. The universities create opportunities for students to contact reality that is unlimited by only theories.

       Teaching staff who are trained carefully have high qualifications. They also have a professional attitude to teaching.

     + Providing more interaction opportunities

       Nowadays, students have become more independent. Besides studying, they also look for jobs to support their not only tuition fees and subsistence fees. Studying in a large city creates many advantages in looking for jobs, especially with the jobs which directly relate to their academic programs. 

       Students can interact with many kinds of people that create social relationships and soft skills.

3)    Conclusion

     Choosing a suitable study environment is very important because it will support so much in the studying process. That’s the reason why we should choose carefully, and a university in a large city is a good option for this.

Thesis statement: Despite of the responsibility of going to school plays an essential role which helps students reach their targets, the student’s qualities are also the key point including believing in themselves and being organized.

A. There are many factors affecting student’s success, for example, techniques or attitudes.

B. However, the success also depends on qualities of students.

1. Believe in themselves.

a. They focus on the long-term goals and aware of their talent.

b. When they have an idea for any project they are not worried about other’s judgement.

2. Being organized

a. The organized person is a good time manager, knowing which projects will take the most time and allot time accordingly

b. They plan out what you’re going to do, and then you execute that plan.

There are some similarities between workers and people running their business from scratch. Firstly, they both have the same personalities even who they are. Being hard-working and have professional knowledge play an essential role in driving the business to success. Beside that they also need to work in team effectively or excel at technology like using computers, printers and so on in order to boost the company’s revenue together. It is not a work for any particular people but whole the people in company.

One key difference between working for their own companies and working for other companies is risky potentials.  While people managing their own enterprise can be stress sometimes because they have to face with economic downturns, fierce competitions and market demands, the staffs have no worry about these severe factors. Normally, operating a business, as with all things in life, comes with its own pitfalls, therefore; it can cause the bankruptcy if executives are not willing to sacrifice or being lack of determination. However, they can control their destiny which they do not need to follow or adhere any company’s rules. Moreover, a further distinction might be financial. Without no doubt, being employers have the higher salary than officers, so they can have more chance to earn money and pursue their dream easily through learning more skills such as communication, flexibility and develop them to the fullest.  In addition, the significant difference between them is the rewards and benefits. Whereas bosses spend the profits from business on rewarding the workers, bills, equipment breakdowns, customer complaints and the welfare of your employees, people working for organizations have their salaries and perks steadily without worrying much about downturns or business’s problems.

In conclusion, there are many differences between being an employee and running a business in areas as risky, salaries and perks. Nevertheless, the similarities in other areas such as personalities and ability of using computers competently and teamwork.

 

The way I see it about the acting: Little Women brings together a very high-quality cast, especially among the young actors of Hollywood's potential A-list stars in the next few years. These can be mentioned as Saoirse Ronan, Emma Watson, Florence Pugh or the handsome Timothée Chalamet. Coming to Little Women, viewers once again have the opportunity to admire those love stories through the energetic and emotional acting of Saoirse Ronan as Jo - the central character and also the narrator. Inheriting the original content of the classic, Little Women has a very thick, colorful, emotional and extremely memorable character line. However, not only Jo of Saoirse Ronan, but almost all of Little Women's characters have made a different impression, from Beth's gentleness, innocence through the performance of the young actress Eliza Scanlen.  Only in her twenties until the turbulent way of life gradually fades Amy's carelessness thanks to Florence Pugh's excellent acting. Another acting always radiates the warmth of motherly love from Mrs March - one of the two excellent supporting roles of 2019 cinema from the same name Laura Dern. The actors of the movie are super beautiful, indeed, when you look at the March sisters, you will fall in love at first sight.
Despite owning many main characters, Little Women still divides equally the acting land equally for the roles. Every character in the movie has their interesting features, personality, and lovely look, making viewers very impressed. In particular, the role of Saoirse Ronan with the main role Jo March made me fall in awe. Her energy and expressions are amazing. I don't know why I keep thinking that the actors are themselves in this movie.
     In short, Little Women is a beautiful movie, an idyllic life story that brings a lot of empathy to viewers. It's led by clever, engaging storytelling, and conveys many really valuable messages softly. I am sure that watching this movie is a great experience as we will feel so much more refreshed when we find ourselves somewhere in this story.

- Teachers can use something such as daily charts, weekly updates, quizzes,… for assessing students.

- It can encourage students to more trying.

- Teacher has a balance in assessment learning ability between classmate

3. Conclusion: Characteristics of effective classroom environments are important in the trend of the education system. Everything about the school environment rears positive outcomes for students because they spend most of their time at school. An effective classroom environment can help students be more active and understand lessons clearly

According to many people, they decided to be self-employed because they don’t like to be regulated by any procedures or be under any company’s regulations. When they become self-employed, they have more flexible work hours than employees. They always work with peace of mind, never worry about being fired, minus salary. As an employee, they must be on time because if they are late, their salary will be affected. On the other hand, the self-employed can control their time. Their secretary can arrange work properly. Moreover, they don’t need to take a day off or report to anyone. However, if they don’t know how to control their time reasonably, they will make their business go down.

In contrast to this, other people believe that working as an employee will have more benefits. One can spend more time on family things like caring for children, doing housework, cooking, and so on. They don’t have to care about the market, competitors, or expected profit. They just do their jobs and receive a stable income each month. I think it is one reason most people prefer to become employees rather than own businesses.

To sum up, both employees and their own businesses also have positive and negative aspects. It’s important that they know exactly what they want and are ready for their work choice.
