Her tracing, writing, colouring in, threading and pegboard activities are completed with precision, showing excellent hand–eye coordination and concentration. Liyana demonstrates a strong understanding of her body, its parts and functions. She can confidently identify more than 30 body parts and knows their functions. Her self-portrait reflects significant progress, as she incorporates extra details such as sunshine, grass, trees and the occasional butterflies and hearts in her drawings. Liyana can readily differentiate between her right and left sides and is able to orient herself in her environment according the directional cues given. She has demonstrated a strong right hand dominance throughout the year.
