         <description><![CDATA[<div>Doing Tai Chi in a PE lesson. Demonstrate different poses and encourage learners to focus on their breathing. Learners can also create their own techniques and share them with the class.<br><br>WM 1 - the physical activity enables learners to stay healthy and develop positive behaviours.<br><br>WM 2 - the exercises will allow learners to focus on their feelings and emotions and help them understand them.
