         <description><![CDATA[<div>I start by building relationships.&nbsp; I have each student fill out a Google Form with his/her name, they way he/she learns best and something he/she wants me to know about him/her.&nbsp; I use that information when I'm chatting with students -&nbsp; that personal level of discussion (regarding what they wanted me to know about them) gets me miles in relationship building and preventing defiant behavior.<br><br></div>]]></description>
