In my rush out of clinic afterwork yesterday, while carrying so many things, I missed a step, fell and sprained my ankle. Dr Vic walked out shortly, saw what happened and went to grab ice packs for me, sit with me by the road side and chatted with me until I felt better to walk. He even carried the bulky carrier for me while walking back to kkh. I am grateful and touched. Thank you for your caring nature and kindness

I would like to send my appreciations to cssu to all my colleagues in cssu. Who are always comply teamwork. When there are staff down, they are able to bank in nursing, stayback for overtime due to emergency sets needed to be done. Staff who always help around when they finish their own assignment. They are : Staff Nurse Raj, Staff Nurse Ashley, Staff Nurse Rames, Staff Nurse Tay, theanmalar, putari, Ronaldo, john, hero, johnathon, Noorul Anisha, Ho See Chuan, Seeta, Lau sou Lin, Low Jee Leng, Amizah, Lim poh huat, kartar kuar, jamal ,romeo, farida & chian lian hwang. From them i learn a lot of thing. I would like to told them, thank u very very very much.

I would like to appreciate orchid thai cafe at kk hospital located children tower level 1 their toast set and coffee was very very nice and staff was very friendly.
SF fruit stall located at level 1 beside kopitiam food court. The fruit was very nice the staff was very friendly too, thank u very very much for their good service.

Lost as I am geographically and emotionally, I was welcomed with kindness and guidance by the senior and junior doctors, nurses, staff and other trainees. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation for RN Phoebe Mallare from Ward 56.

I was posted here for Paediatrics training on 7 July 2025. As I was away for four days following my orientation, I had to catch up more than my other two colleagues.

Being staff from another institution, I initially felt a little out of place. I didn’t want to disrupt the workflow or become a burden.

However, RN Phoebe always made me feel included. She went out of her way to guide and teach me, even when we weren’t on the same shift. Her kindness, patience, and willingness to help truly meant a lot. She went the extra mile, and I’m incredibly grateful for her support.

I would also like to thank the rest of Ward 56 staff for warmly welcoming my colleagues and me into their unit.

I would like to share my appreciation to our KKH staff, who volunteered to participate in Project Groom Over on 2/8/25. It is very heartening to see staff volunteer to work on their day off to contribute grooming to the beneficiaries' home. Some participants bought additional supply of paint brushes and paint at their own expense. Some even paid for transportation expenses.

I also would like to extend my appreciation to the NDP Mascot and Koufu for sponsoring food and drinks.

First of all I would like to thank all my ward 42 HDU nurses .

In HDU, love is often shown quietly, through presence, teamwork, and understanding.

in 2025, I sowed kindness in the HDU ( ward42) sowing up with compassion, even on the most demanding days. I listened patiently to patients who were anxious, spoke gently to families during uncertain moments, and treated every patient with dignity, regardless of how busy the unit was.

I spread love through small but meaningful actions holding a patient’s hand during procedures, offering reassuring words, and supporting my colleagues when the workload felt overwhelming.

I shared joy by celebrating small victories; a patient stabilising, a successful transfer out of HDU, or a relieved smile from a family member. I encouraged my team, acknowledged their efforts, and reminded myself and others that even in critical care, hope and humanity matter.
