I think you could do better by improving these points:
- Linearity: Review your sequence of sentences and ideas carefully after finishing to see if you repeat something. 
- Wordy mistakes: We cannot be sure that something is EASY to be done or OBVIOUS. Therefore, when we use these words in an academic essay, it doesn't sound very persuasive and objective.
- Word choice: for some expression, such as "bring along / carry new ideas, business relationships", we usually assume that we can use them the same way as in Vietnamese, but it turns out the English people do not think that way.
